About the Owner

In April 2023, I embarked on a mission to create HolaNeighbors, a platform designed to connect reliable landscaping and construction professionals with the people in my community.

As a stay-at-home mom and wife of a U.S. Army veteran, I have had the privilege of calling the Lake Norman area home for several years. My experience in customer service and project management, gained from previous positions in Asia, has equipped me with a valuable and unique perspective towards this endeavor.

I am dedicated to my work and fluent in both Mandarin and Spanish, enabling me to better serve our community and foster meaningful connections.

Steve Zink is licensed and insured in NC and specializes in residential interior home renovation, and aesthetic landscape design and installation.

Zink Design tackles projects of all sizes from handyman repairs and real estate repair lists to full interior/exterior renovations with specialty in aesthetic landscaping, hardscaping, and horticulture.

Steve has applied the core values acquired from his time in the U.S. Navy and implemented them into a contracting business to provide reliable service at a fair price with outstanding communication and integrity.
